Rui Filipe
Rui Filipe Tavares de Bastos (8 March 1968 – 28 August 1994) was a Portuguese professional footballer who played as a central midfielder. Club career Born in Vale de Cambra, Porto metropolitan area, Rui Filipe began his career with Gil Vicente in the Segunda Liga, then spent two seasons with Espinho, 1988–89 in the Primeira Liga, at the age of 20. In 1990 he returned to Gil, still on loan from Porto, helping the Barcelos side to retain their top-division status after finishing 13th. Rui Filipe returned to the Estádio das Antas in summer 1991, scoring four goals in 25 matches in his first year as the club won the league. In the 1993–94 UEFA Champions League, his team reached the semi-finals of the tournament, with him opening a 5–0 first group-stage away win over Werder Bremen. Vale De Cambra
Vale de Cambra (; ) is a city and a municipality in Portugal. The population in 2011 was 22,864, in an area of 147.33 km². It had 21,440 electors in 2006. The city itself has about 4,100 inhabitants and is located in the Vila Chã, Codal e Vila Cova de Perrinho parish. The municipality is located in the District of Aveiro, in Norte region and Entre Douro & Vouga subregion. It is now one of the municipalities of the Greater Metropolitan Area of Porto. Estádio Das Antas
The Estádio das Antas (; officially Estádio do Futebol Clube do Porto ) was the third (and longest occupied) stadium of the Portuguese football side FC Porto. It was in use from 1952 to 2004, replacing the earlier Campo da Constituição, 1.6km (1 mile) to the west, and later replaced by the Estádio do Dragão, a block southeast away. As well as the stadium, it had an indoor arena and three training grounds. The club's offices were also split between the inside of the stadium and the ''Torre das Antas'', built in front of the stadium during the 1990s. It was demolished in 2004, although one floodlight still remains, and the majority of the site is not yet redeveloped. Layout The stadium was split into six different areas. In sport, a cap is a player's appearance in a game at international level. The term dates from the practice in the United Kingdom of awarding a cap to every player in an international match of rugby football and association football. In the early days of football, the concept of each team wearing a set of matching shirts had not been universally adopted, so each side would distinguish itself from the other by wearing a specific sort of cap. An early illustration of the 1872 Scotland v England football match, first international football match between Scotland and England in 1872 shows the Scottish players wearing cowls, and the English wearing a variety of school caps. In sports, an ejection (also known as dismissal, sending-off, disqualification, or early shower) is the removal of a participant from a contest due to a violation of the sport's rules. The 1994 Supertaça Cândido de Oliveira was the 16th edition of the Supertaça Cândido de Oliveira, the annual Portugal, Portuguese association football, football season-opening match contested by the winners of the previous season's top Primeira Liga, league and Taça de Portugal, cup competitions (or cup runner-up in case the league- and cup-winning club is the same). The 1994 Supertaça Cândido de Oliveira was contested over two legs, and opposed S.L. Benfica, Benfica and FC Porto, Porto of the Primeira Liga. The 1994–95 Primeira Divisão was the 61st edition of top flight of Portuguese football. It started on 21 August 1994 with a match between Belenenses and Estrela da Amadora, and ended on 28 May 1995. The league was contested by 18 clubs with Benfica as the defending champions.
