Rudnichnoye ( kk, Рудничное), also known as ''Shalkarkol'' ( kk, Шалқаркөл), is a lake in Bukhar-Zhyrau District, Karaganda Region, and Bayanaul District, Pavlodar Region, Kazakhstan.
