Dr Ruddy bin Awah is a Malaysian politician who has served as the State Assistant Minister of Rural Development of Sabah in the Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) state administration under Chief Minister Hajiji Noor since January 2023 as well as Member of the Sabah State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Pitas since September 2020. He served as the State Assistant Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation of Sabah in the GRS state administration under Chief Minister Hajiji from October 2020 to January 2023. He is a member of the Parti Gagasan Rakyat Sabah (GAGASAN), a component party of the GRS coalition. Malay Styles And Titles
The Malay language has a complex system of styles, titles and honorifics which are used extensively in Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and the southern Philippines. Brunei, Malaysia, Singapore and several provinces in Indonesia regularly award honorary and life titles. What follows in this article is specific to the Malaysian system. The National Front ( ms, Barisan Nasional; abbrev: BN) is a political coalition of Malaysia that was founded in 1973 as a coalition of centre-right and right-wing political parties. It is also the third largest political coalition with 30 seats in the Dewan Rakyat after coalition Pakatan Harapan with 82 seats and the coalition Perikatan Nasional with 73 seats. Dewan Rakyat
The Dewan Rakyat ( English: 'House of Representatives'; ) is the lower house of the bicameral Parliament, the federal legislature of Malaysia. The chamber and its powers are established by Article 44 of the Constitution of Malaysia. The Dewan Rakyat sits in the Houses of Parliament in Kuala Lumpur, along with the Dewan Negara, the upper house. The Dewan Rakyat is a directly elected body consisting of 222 members known as Members of Parliament (MPs). An independent or non-partisan politician is a politician not affiliated with any political party or bureaucratic association. There are numerous reasons why someone may stand for office as an independent. The Alliance of Hope ( ms, Pakatan Harapan; abbrev: PH; stylized as HARAPAN) is a Malaysian political coalition consisting of centre-left political parties which was formed in 2015 to succeed the Pakatan Rakyat coalition. Malaysian United Indigenous Party of Sabah (Malay language, Malay: ''Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia Sabah''), also abbreviated as Sabah BERSATU or sometimes written as Sabah PPBM, is a branch of a political party in Sabah, Malaysia.
