Ruari Paton
Ruari Michael Paton (born 9 August 2000) is an Irish professional footballer who plays as a striker on loan for club Port Vale. He has represented the Republic of Ireland at under-16 level. Paton, a talented dancer, spent his youth with Shelbourne, St Kevin's Boys and Belvedere, before he left Ireland to join the development squad at Scottish club Hibernian. He spent time on loan at Gala Fairydean Rovers, before joining East Kilbride in July 2019 after being released from Hibernian. His goal record in the Lowland League earned him a move to Stranraer in Scottish League Two. He was signed by Queen of the South in July 2021 and played on the losing side in the 2022 final of the Scottish Challenge Cup. Ian Murray (footballer)
Ian William Murray (born 20 March 1981) is a Scottish football player and coach, who was most recently the manager of Scottish Championship club Raith Rovers. During his playing career, Murray represented Hibernian, Alloa Athletic (on loan), Rangers and Norwich City. He also played for Scotland in six full internationals between 2002 and 2006. His versatility meant that he was deployed in a variety of roles in his career, including centre back, full back and midfielder. Murray stated that he preferred to play at centre back or central midfield. Murray started his career with Hibs, and captained the club during the 2004–05 season. He signed for Rangers under freedom of contract in 2005, but he was troubled with injuries during his time at Ibrox club and was eventually diagnosed with a form of arthritis. Airdrieonians Football Club is a Scottish professional football team in Airdrie, North Lanarkshire, who are members of the Scottish Professional Football League (SPFL) and play in the . They were formed in 2002 as Airdrie United Football Club following the folding of the original Airdrieonians club, formed in 1878. Easter Road is a football stadium located in the Leith area of Edinburgh, Scotland, which is the home ground of Scottish Premiership club Hibernian (Hibs). The stadium currently has an all-seated capacity of , which makes it the fifth-largest football stadium in Scotland. Easter Road is also known by Hibs fans as "The Holy Ground" or "The Leith San Siro". 2018–19 Lowland Football League
The 2018–19 Scottish Lowland Football League (known as the Geosonic Lowland League for sponsorship reasons) was the 6th season of the Lowland Football League, the fifth tier of the Scottish football pyramid system. The season began on 28 July 2018 and ended on 20 April 2019. The Spartans were the defending champions. Netherdale is a sports complex in Galashiels, Scottish Borders, consisting of two adjacent stadiums used for rugby union and Association football, football. The rugby ground is the home of Gala RFC and was formerly used by the professional Border Reivers (rugby union), Border Reivers team. It hosted one match of the 1999 Rugby World Cup. Lossiemouth () is a town in Moray, Scotland. Originally the port belonging to Elgin, Moray, Elgin, it became an important fishing town. Although there has been over 1,000 years of settlement in the area, the present day town was formed over the past 250 years and consists of four separate communities that eventually merged into one. From 1890 to 1975, it was a police burgh as Lossiemouth and Branderburgh. In sports, a loan involves a particular player being able to temporarily play for a club other than the one to which they are currently contracted. Loan deals may last from a few weeks to a full season, sometimes persisting for multiple seasons at a time. A loan fee can be arranged by the parent club as well as them asking to pay a percentage of their wages. Association football Players may be loaned out to other clubs for several reasons. Ross High School, Tranent
Ross High School is a large secondary school in Tranent, East Lothian. As of April 2021, the school roll was 1,259 (2021) making it the largest secondary school in East Lothian by pupil roll. The school was founded in 1954 and named after George Ross, who was convener of the local council at the time. The current head teacher is Paul Reynolds. In 2022 construction of an exstension was completed allowing for new ICT, modern languages and art classrooms. Carpenterstown () is a townland in the Civil parishes in Ireland, civil parish of Castleknock (civil parish), Castleknock. The civil parish is part in the ancient Barony (Ireland), barony of Castleknock (barony), Castleknock. In geology, the townland rests on a substratum of limestone and comprises 166 Acre, statute acres, the whole of which is arable land.
