Royina Garma
Royina Marzan Garma is a retired police officer and government official. She is a long-time police officer in Davao City and later in Cebu City from 2018 until her retirement in 2019. Garma was the general manager of state-run Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office from 2019 to 2022. Garma is known to be a close associate of Rodrigo Duterte. Mandaluyong ( ; ), officially the City of Mandaluyong (, ), is a Cities of the Philippines#Legal classification, highly-urbanized city in the Metro Manila, National Capital Region of the Philippines. Debold Menorias Sinas (born May 8, 1965) is a Filipino retired police general who served as Chief of the Philippine National Police (PNP) from November 2020 to May 2021. During his tenure, he oversaw the COVID-19 community quarantines in the Philippines. However, he was also accused of violating the COVID-19 lockdown rules himself. The Davao Death Squad (DDS) is a death squad group in Davao City, Philippines. The group is alleged to have conducted summary executions of street children and individuals suspected of petty crimes and drug dealing. It has been estimated that the group is responsible for the killing or disappearance of between 1,020 and 1,040 people between 1998 and 2008. Edgar Bernal Matobato (born June11, 1959) is a Filipino self-confessed hitman and whistleblower who claims to be a member of the Davao Death Squad (DDS), an alleged vigilante group tasked to summarily execute suspected criminals, from 1988 to 2013.
