Alberta Provincial Highway No. 550, commonly referred to as Highway 550, is an east–west highway in southern Alberta, Canada. It is a two-lane undivided highway in the County of Newell runs from the Trans-Canada Highway ( Highway 1), southeast of the Town of Bassano, through the Village of Rosemary, to Highway 873 in Duchess. Township Road 212 functions as a western extension of Highway 550 and connects to Bassano. History Highway 550, along Highway 873 between Brooks and Duchess, was originally designated as part of Highway 2, which at the time was an east–west interprovincial highway that ran through Calgary and Medicine Hat (the present-day Highway 2 was designated as Highway 1). New Brunswick Route 550
Route 550 is a long north–south secondary highway in the northwest portion of New Brunswick, Canada. The route starts at Route 103 (Main Street) in Woodstock on the banks of the Meduxnekeag River and the Saint John River. Until the intersection with New Brunswick Route 2, the Trans-Canada Highway, Route 550 is known as Connell Street. It then leaves the Woodstock commercial area and continues northeast, passing through Hartford, Briggs Corner, Lindsay, Lower Bloomfield, Bloomfield, and Carvell. The road turns east at Digby Corner, and takes a sharp turn to the north in Good Corner. The road then continues northeast towards the Canada–US border, passing through Long Settlement and Snow Settlement. The road ends at Route 110 in the community of Tracey Mills. This is a list of secondary highways in Algoma District, most of which serve as logging roads or provide access to isolated and sparsely populated areas in the Algoma District of northeastern Ontario. Some of the shorter ones are also access routes for communities with moderate amounts of tourism, most famously St. Joseph Island's highway 548. Highway 519 Secondary Highway 519, commonly referred to as Highway 519, is a provincially maintained highway in the Canadian province of Ontario. The highway is in length, connecting Highway 17 near Obatanga Provincial Park with Dubreuilville station. A private logging road continues east from there. The following is a list and description of former and unbuilt Quebec autoroutes. Former Autoroutes Autoroute 51 Autoroute 55 south of Autoroute 20 to Route 116 was co-designated Autoroute 51 until 1982. By 1983, official documents had removed the Autoroute 51 designation from its section of Autoroute 55. In the 1970s, there were plans to extend Autoroute 51 north of Autoroute 20 to a proposed easterly extension of Autoroute 30 near Yamaska.
