LocalLink 38 is a bus route operated by the Maryland Transit Administration in Baltimore between Westgate and Medfield. Primarily serving high school students traveling to the Baltimore Polytechnic Institute and Western High School campuses, the route was suspended on April 6, 2020, as schools closed during the 2020 coronavirus pandemic. The Maryland Transit Administration announced that the route would remain suspended on September 30, 2020, along with the LocalLink 92, while all other LocalLink routes would continue service. Forest Park (and Howard Park) is a region of Northwest Baltimore, Maryland located west of Reisterstown Road, south of Northern Parkway, and east of the Baltimore City/County line. Ashburton is a wealthy, predominantly African-American neighborhood in the Forest Park region of northwestern Baltimore City, Maryland. It is located near Liberty Heights Avenue and Hilton Street, and is characterized by a few large Victorian mansions interspersed among row houses. ''Concerned: The Half-Life and Death of Gordon Frohman'' is a webcomic by Christopher C. Livingston that parodies the first-person shooter video game ''Half-Life 2''. The comic is illustrated with screenshots of characters posed using ''Garry's Mod'', a tool which allows manipulation of the Source engine used by ''Half-Life 2''. The comic ran from May 2005 to November 2006 and had 205 issues. While ''Half-Life 2'' follows protagonist Gordon Freeman in a dystopian future, ''Concerned'' follows "Gordon Frohman", a dangerously clumsy character who arrives in the setting of the game a few weeks before Freeman does. The webcomic's dark humor is derived from its contrasts with the game and through references to the game's shortcomings.
