Alabama State Route 215
State Route 215 (SR 215) is a numbered state highway in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama. SR 215 partially follows the former routes of U.S. Route 82 (US 82) and US 11. The route stays almost completely within the city limits of Tuscaloosa. Route description The highway is unusual in that it follows both a north–south and east–west routing (though it is signed as north–south for its entire route). The highway follows the former routing of US 82 and formerly followed the former routing of US 11. Thus, it does not act as a true bypass for either route. Even more strangely, the north–south section parallels US 82, an even-numbered (and therefore east–west) US highway, while the east–west section follows US 11, which is odd-numbered and thus follows a north–south route. The north–south section is named Old Montgomery Highway and Greensboro Avenue while the east–west section was formerly routed on University Boulevard. In 2015, ...

Interstate 215 (Utah)
Interstate 215 (I-215), also known locally as the Belt Route, is an auxiliary Interstate in the U.S. state of Utah that forms a three-quarters loop around Salt Lake City and many of its suburbs. The route begins at the mouth of Parley's Canyon at a junction with I-80 east of the city center, and heads south through the edge of the Salt Lake City metropolitan area's eastern suburbs of Millcreek, Holladay, and Cottonwood Heights. It continues west through Murray before turning north again, passing through the city's first-ring western suburbs of Taylorsville and West Valley City. It then enters North Salt Lake and Davis County for a short distance before reaching I-15 northwest of the city center. The Interstate was proposed in the mid-1950s, along with I-15 and I-80 through Salt Lake City. At the time, only the western portion of the belt route was assigned as I-215. The eastern portion of the belt route was designated ''Interstate 415''. However, the I-415 designa ...

Interstate 215 (California)
Interstate 215 (I-215) is a north–south auxiliary Interstate Highway in the Inland Empire region of the San Bernardino–Riverside urban area in Southern California. It has portions designated as the Barstow, Escondido, and Armed Forces Freeways. I-215 is a bypass auxiliary route of I-15, running from Murrieta to northern San Bernardino. While I-215 connects the city centers of both Riverside and San Bernardino, its parent I-15 runs to the west through Corona and Ontario. Part of I-215 was once signed as Interstate 15E (I-15E), but this was changed in 1974 as almost all of the Interstates around the country with directional suffixes were eventually renumbered or eliminated. Route description The southern terminus of I-215 is at the junction of I-15 in the city of Murrieta, in southwestern Riverside County. It then runs north through Menifee and northwest through Perris, passing March Air Reserve Base before joining State Route 60 (SR 60) in Rivers ...

Bundesstraße 215
''Bundesstraße'' (German for "federal highway"), abbreviated ''B'', is the denotation for German and Austrian national highways. Germany Germany's ''Bundesstraßen'' network has a total length of about 40,000 km. German ''Bundesstraßen'' are labelled with rectangular yellow signs with black numerals, as opposed to the white-on-blue markers of the ''Autobahn'' controlled-access highways. ''Bundesstraßen'', like autobahns, are maintained by the federal agency of the Transport Ministry. In the German highway system they rank below autobahns, but above the ''Landesstraßen'' and ''Kreisstraßen'' maintained by the federal states and the districts respectively. The numbering was implemented by law in 1932 and has overall been retained up to today, except for those roads located in the former eastern territories of Germany. One distinguishing characteristic between German ''Bundesstraßen'' and ''Autobahnen'' is that there usually is a general 100 km/h (62 mph) sp ...
