Rostovsky District (russian: Росто́вский райо́н) is an administrativeLaw #12-z and municipalLaw #65-z district (raion), one of the seventeen in Yaroslavl Oblast, Russia. It is located in the southeast of the oblast. The area of the district is . Its administrative center is the town of Rostov (which is not administratively a part of the district). Olesya Rostovskaya ( rus, Олеся Ростовская; born 6 January 1975) is a Russian composer, theremin player, carillonneur, organist, and Russian zvon bell-ringer. Biography Olesya Rostovskaya studied piano at Anna Artobolevskaya class in Central Music School of Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory. Then from 1993 to 2000 she completes her study at Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory as composer (Professor - the head of Conservatory composition department - Albert Leman) and in 2001 she also graduates Moscow Conservatory as organist (Professor - Oleg Yanchenko). In 1998 she began to study playing thereminvox with Lydia Kavina. From 2003 Olesya Rostovskaya became a Russian bell-ringer. In 2006 she began to play carillon. In 2008 she has graduated the Saint-Petersburg State University as carillonneur (Professor - Jo Haazen) and in 2009 she has also graduated the Royal Carillon School "Jef Denyn" in Mechelen, Belgium (Professor - Jo Haazen). Maria Buynosova-Rostovskaya
Maria Petrovna Buynosova-Rostovskaya (''Буйносова-Ростовская, Мария Петровна'' in Russian) (born as Catherine - died 2 January 1626) was the second spouse and only tsarina consort of Tsar Vasili IV of Russia. Life Maria Buynosova-Rostovskaya was the daughter of prince Piotr Buynosov-Rostovskiy. The wedding took place on 17 January 1608. In 1610, Vasili was deposed. After the deposition of her consort, Maria was forced to enter a convent. As a nun, she took the name Elena.
