Karlsøy () is an island List of municipalities of Norway, municipality in Troms Counties of Norway, county, Norway. The administrative centre of the municipality is the village of Hansnes. Other villages include Dåfjord, Hessfjord, Karlsøya (Troms), Karlsøya, Torsvåg, Vannvåg, and Vannareid. Thorbjørn Rosenlund (born 18 June 1951), is a Danish chess player, four-times Nordic Chess Cup medalist (1971, 1974, 1975, 1976). Biography From the mid-1970s to the mid-1980s Thorbjørn Rosenlund was one of the leading Danish chess players. As member of the ''Vejlby-Risskov SK'' (1976) and ''Nordre SK'' (1983) teams, he participated in the European Chess Club Cups. In 1976 Danish team reached the quarterfinals and lost to one of the winners of the tournament - ''Burevestnik Moscow'' (USSR). Tyler Rosenlund
Tyler Robert Rosenlund (born September 13, 1986) is a Canadian soccer player currently playing for Whitecaps FC 2 in the USL. Early life and education Rosenlund played college soccer at the University of California, Santa Barbara. He was a member of the UCSB Gauchos squad that reached the 2004 NCAA Division I Men's Soccer Championship which lost to Indiana Hoosiers on penalties. He eventually won a National Championship with the Gauchos by beating the UCLA Bruins in the 2006 NCAA Division I Men's Soccer Championship. Career Scandinavia After the 2006 NCAA season ended, Rosenlund left UC Santa Barbara early. He trialed with Allmänna Idrottsklubben of the Swedish Premier Division Allsvenskan and later moved on to another trial with IFK Mariehamn in the Finnish Premier Division, Veikkausliiga.
