Rory Darge
Rory Darge (born 23 February 2000) is a Scotland international rugby union player for Glasgow Warriors in the United Rugby Championship. Darge's primary position is flanker. He previously played for Southern Knights and Edinburgh Rugby. Rugby Union career Professional career Darge was part of the Edinburgh academy, before signing his first professional contract in July 2019 for Super 6 side Southern Knights where he won Southern Knights youth player of the year in his first season. At the start of the 2020-21 season he signed for Edinburgh Rugby. He made his debut for Edinburgh in Round 6 of the 2020–21 URC against Leinster. On 16 April 2021 it was announced that he would move to Glasgow Warriors ahead of the new URC season and that he had signed ahead of the 2021-22 season. The 2020–21 PRO14 (also known as the ''Guinness PRO14'' for sponsorship reasons) was the twentieth season of the professional rugby union competition originally known as the Celtic League. It was the fourth season to be referred to as the ''PRO14'' (the competition was named the ''Pro12'' immediately prior to the addition of two South African teams). Leinster Rugby ( ga, Rugbaí Laighean) is one of the four professional provincial rugby union teams from the island of Ireland and the most successful Irish team domestically. They compete in the United Rugby Championship and the European Rugby Champions Cup. Leinster play their home games primarily at the RDS Arena, although larger games are played in the Aviva Stadium when the capacity of the RDS is insufficient. Before moving to the RDS in 2005, Leinster's traditional home ground was Donnybrook Stadium, in Dublin 4. The Super 6 is a professional league for Scottish rugby union clubs, which began in 2019. As of 2022, the league consists of three competitions; * FOSROC Super6 Sprint Season - running from April to June, involving a single round robin, followed by two further matches to decide final positions; * FOSROC Super 6 Pro-Alignment Match - a one-off representative game between the best players from the 'Edinburgh' affiliated clubs and 'Glasgow' affiliated clubs, similar in some ways to State of Origin; * FOSROC Super6 Championship, the primary competition of the three, involving a full double round robin, and a series of play-offs.
