Roos De Jong
Roos de Jong (born 23 August 1993) is a Dutch rower. She won the bronze medal at the 2020 Summer Olympics in the double sculls event together with Lisa Scheenaard, whom she has rowed with since 2017. She has also won a medal at the 2019 World Rowing Championships. In addition to rowing, De Jong also has a passion for design. She, along with Bjorn van den Ende, designed the rowing unisuit worn by the Dutch national team at the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games. 2018 European Rowing Championships
The 2018 European Rowing Championships were rowing championships for European members of the International Rowing Federation (FISA) plus Israel. They were held as part of a new multi-sport European Championships at the Strathclyde Country Park near Motherwell, Scotland. Background 2018 was the first time that the European Rowing Championships, first held in 1893, were being held in Scotland. Bjorn van den Ende (born 10 January 1986) is a Dutch representative rower. He has competed for the Netherlands as both a lightweight and heavyweight.
