Vito Lucente (; born 31 August 1971), known by his stage name Junior Jack, is an Italian house music producer and DJ based in Belgium. Biography In the early years, Vito Lucente produced several acid house and Eurodance projects, mostly in collaboration with Eric Imhauser. However, his more famous project was as producer of the synthpop/rap group Benny B, with vocalist Amid Gharbaoui, DJ Daddy K and dancer Serge "Perfect" Nuet. Lucente left the band after the second album, and he did not produce their last single. Career Vito Lucente resided in Belgium in his teen years. In 1995, he abandoned Eurodance and adopted the name "Mr. Jack" (which would later morph into Junior Jack), dabbling in house music. He entered the UK top 40 with the singles "My Feeling", "Thrill Me (Such a Thrill)", "E Samba", " Dare Me (Stupidisco)" and "Da Hype", the latter featuring vocals by Robert Smith from the Cure and uses samples from "I'm So Hot for You" by Bobby Orlando. "Saturday Love" is a song performed by American R&B singers Cherrelle and Alexander O'Neal. The song was written and produced by Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis and was released in October 1985. It peaked at No. 2 on the US R&B chart and became a moderate pop hit peaking at No. 26 on the US Hot 100 in the spring of 1986. It reached No. 6 on the UK Singles Chart, No. 4 on the New Zealand Top 40 and No. 7 on the Irish Singles Chart. The song appeared on Cherrelle's gold album, '' High Priority'' on Tabu Records and included an extended spoken dialogue introduction skit set in a bar. Christophe Le Friant (; born 10 May 1969), better known by his stage name Bob Sinclar (), is a French record producer, DJ, and remixer. He is the owner of the record label Yellow Productions. Musical career A native of Paris, Le Friant began DJing in the 1980s under the name Chris the French Kiss. During this time he was more influenced by hip hop music, hip hop and jazz music and created music projects such as The Mighty Bop and Reminiscence Quartet, the latter with an ensemble of musicians and where Le Friant used the alias Desmond K. In 1998 Le Friant adopted name of Bob Sinclar after the titular character from the 1973 film ''Le Magnifique''. He became known for popularising the French house, "French touch" of house music with heavy use of sample (music), sampled and filtered disco strings. Oliver Cheatham (February 24, 1948 – November 29, 2013) was an American contemporary R&B singer who is best remembered for his 1983 hit " Get Down Saturday Night". The song was sampled by Italian DJ Room 5 on his 2003 single " Make Luv", which reached number one on the UK chart, as well as by British DJ Michael Gray on his 2004 single " The Weekend". Biography Cheatham was born in Detroit, Michigan. Encouraged by his mother to sing, over the years he joined several local groups including the Young Sirs, Mad Dog and the Pups and Gaslight before releasing a single, "Hard Times" on the Tier record label. He then joined another group, the Sins of Satan, the group later being renamed as Roundtrip. They finally took Cheatham's first name and recorded two albums as Oliver.
