Ron De Moraes
Ronald "Ron" de Moraes is an American television director and producer. He has worked on numerous commercials, shows and concerts, and received an Emmy Award for co-directing the 2002 Winter Olympics opening ceremony and a Daytime Emmy Award for his work on the 2007 Disney Parks Christmas Day Parade. Career Ron began his career as a boy soprano soloist for the Metropolitan Opera in New York City. After a childhood filled with classical music training as a violinist, pianist and conductor (at the age of fourteen, Ron conducted the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra), he made the transition to television. He began his television career as staff Director/Producer for KGGM Albuquerque, WCPO Cincinnati, WBZ Boston, WNAC Boston, KNBC Los Angeles and the NBC Network. The Who
The Who are an English Rock music, rock band formed in London in 1964. Their classic lineup (1964–1978) consisted of lead vocalist Roger Daltrey, guitarist Pete Townshend, bassist John Entwistle and drummer Keith Moon. Fashion Rocks was an annual international charity fundraiser event, which featured fashions by the world's top designers presented as live performances by popular music acts. Fashion Rocks Worldwide is the owner of the intellectual property rights to the Fashion Rocks brand and grants licenses for these live events globally. History 2003 to 2006 The inaugural Fashion Rocks event was held at the Royal Albert Hall on October 15, 2003. The Woodstock Music and Art Fair, commonly referred to as Woodstock, was a music festival held from August 15 to 18, 1969, on Max Yasgur's dairy farm in Bethel, New York, southwest of the town of Woodstock. The Crossroads Guitar Festival is a series of music festivals and benefit concerts founded by Eric Clapton. The festivals benefit the Crossroads Centre founded by Eric Clapton, a drug treatment center in Antigua. The concerts showcase a variety of guitarists, selected by Eric Clapton personally. To the 2007 audience, Clapton declared that each performer was one of the very best, and had earned his personal respect. The first concert was held on June 30, 1999, at Madison Square Garden in New York City, and there again in 2013. The 2004 concert was held at the Cotton Bowl in Dallas, while the 2007 and 2010 festivals were held at Toyota Park, Bridgeview, Illinois, just outside Chicago.
