Romina Rocamonje Fuentes (born September 21, 1992) is a Bolivian model and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Bolivia 2014 and represented her country at the Miss Universe 2015 pageant. She also represented her country in Miss Supranational 2017 where she placed as one of the Top 25 semi-finalists. Personal life Romina is a student of Veterinary and Animal Science at Universidad Autónoma del Beni. She was starting a career as a model when she was crowned Miss Beni 2013 and represented her region at Miss Bolivia 2014. Miss Bolivia 2014 On July 31, 2014, Romina was crowned Miss Bolivia 2014 in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia. The pageant awarded the six contestants the opportunity to represent Bolivia at international beauty pageants in 2014 and 2015. Miss Bolivia is a national beauty pageant in Bolivia. The pageant was founded in 1959, where the winners were sent to Miss Universe. History The contest was founded in 1959 and Gloria Suárez de Limpias has been the event's director since 1979. As of 2019, Bolivia has not won a Miss Universe or Miss World title. A three-hour parade is held annually on August 5. Bolivian TV channel Unitel broadcasts it to the rest of Latin America, and cable broadcasts are available in the United States. Miss Universe 2015
Miss Universe 2015 was the 64th Miss Universe pageant, held at The AXIS at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States on December 20, 2015. This was the first edition of the pageant to be held under the ownership of WME/ IMG, which purchased the Miss Universe Organization from Donald Trump on September 14, 2015. Consequently, it is also the first Miss Universe event to be aired by Fox and Azteca as the pageant's respective English and Spanish broadcasters instead of NBC. At the end of the event, Paulina Vega of Colombia crowned Pia Wurtzbach of the Philippines as Miss Universe 2015. Miss Supranational 2017
Miss Supranational 2017 was the ninth Miss Supranational pageant. It was held on December 1, 2017, at MOSIR Arena in Krynica-Zdrój, Poland. Srinidhi Shetty of India crowned Jenny Kim of Korea at the end of the event. She is the first winner from South Korea and the win is the first major title for her country.
