Romina Johnson
Romina Johnson (born 28 November 1973) is a London-based R&B, soul and garage singer. She is perhaps best known in the UK for providing the lead vocals to the Artful Dodger song " Movin' Too Fast", a number 2 hit in early 2000. Life and career Johnson was born in Rome to an American father, the musician Wesley Johnson, and an Italian mother. Her singing debut was in 1994, for the Italian TV show '' Non è la RAI''. Johnson is the featured vocalist on the 2000 hit single " Movin' Too Fast", with the Artful Dodger. Later that year, she appeared on the UK Singles Chart for the second time with " My Forbidden Lover", featuring Luci Martin and Norma Jean of Chic. On the 24 October 2011 broadcast of the BBC panel show ''Never Mind the Buzzcocks'', Johnson appeared in the Identity Parade round. Odyssey (band)
Odyssey is a vocal trio originally from New York City, who are best known for their disco hits including " Native New Yorker" (1977), " Use It Up and Wear It Out" (1980), and " Going Back to My Roots" (1981). Now based in the United Kingdom, the band is led and fronted by Steven Collazo and continues to perform and record. Career The group began as the Connecticut-born "Lopez Sisters", featuring Steven Collazo's mother, Lillian Lopez (Lillian Lopez Collazo Jackson; November 16, 1935 – September 4, 2012), Louise Lopez (February 22, 1933 – January 28, 2015), and Carmen Lopez (July 12, 1934 - April 22, 2016), the latter having left the group before Odyssey, as the act would come to be known after her departure, was conceived. Never Mind The Buzzcocks
''Never Mind the Buzzcocks'' is a British comedy panel game show with a pop music theme. It has aired on Sky Max since September 2021, having originally aired between November 1996 and January 2015 on BBC Two. The original series was first hosted by Mark Lamarr, then by Simon Amstell, and later by a number of guest presenters, with Rhod Gilbert hosting the final series. It first starred Phill Jupitus and Sean Hughes as team captains, with Hughes being replaced by Bill Bailey from the eleventh series, and Bailey replaced by Noel Fielding for some of series 21 and from series 23 onward. The show returned six years later, now hosted by Greg Davies, with Daisy May Cooper as the new captain and Fielding returning as a captain. The show is produced by Talkback.
