Romano Fenati
Romano Fenati (born 15 January 1996) is an Italian motorcycle racer who competed in the FIM Road Racing World Championship between 2012 and 2023 in the Moto3 and Moto2 categories. He was European 125 cc Champion in 2011, championship runner-up of the Italian 125GP series, and also competed in the Spanish 125GP series. Fenati competed in Moto3 between 2012 and 2023, winning thirteen races. He raced in Moto2 in and , each time being released by his teams before season end. He finally left Moto3 after the 2023 season as he had reached the maximum permitted age of 28 years old. Fenati's conduct has led to disciplinary action from teams and authorities. The 2016 Dutch TT was the eighth round of the 2016 MotoGP season. It was held at the TT Circuit Assen in Assen on 26 June 2016. Race report MotoGP It was the first Dutch TT held on Sunday, instead of the traditional Saturday date for the race. The 2016 Catalan motorcycle Grand Prix was the seventh round of the 2016 MotoGP season. It was held at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya in Montmeló on 5 June 2016. The weekend was overshadowed by the death of Moto2 rider Luis Salom, as he was killed in a crash at Europcar (motorcycle Turn 12) during Free Practice 2 on Friday, approximately 25 minutes before the end of the session. For the remainder of the weekend, the track layout was altered to use the configuration used by Formula One since 2007, in order to reduce speeds in the part of the circuit where Salom's accident occurred.
