Roman Pivarník
Roman Pivarník (born 17 February 1967) is a Slovakian football manager and former player. Pivarník's playing career included a stint at SK Sigma Olomouc, which included matches in the inaugural season of the Czech First League. He played 17 matches and scored twice over the course of the season. Coaching career Pivarník signed a two-year deal to take over at Czech First League club Olomouc in the summer of 2012. He oversaw the club's victory in the Czech Supercup in 2012 but id not last for the whole season, as he was replaced by assistant manager Martin Kotůlek following a poor run of results in May 2013, with the club lying in fourth place in the league. Košice

FC Zbrojovka Brno is a professional football club based in the city of Brno, South Moravia, Czech Republic and named after Zbrojovka Brno, a firearms manufacturer. The UEFA Cup Winners' Cup was a European football club competition contested annually by the winners of domestic cup competitions. The cup was, chronologically, the second seasonal inter-European club competition organised by UEFA. The tournament ran for 39 seasons, with the final edition held in 1998–99, after which it was discontinued. The Czechoslovak Cup () was a football cup competition held in Czechoslovakia. It was officially created in 1960 and folded in 1993 with the split between Czech Republic and Slovakia. The cup was played throughout Czechoslovakia until 1968–69. From 1969–70, the cup was played between the winners of Czech Cup and Slovak Cup. Sparta Prague and Dukla Prague were the most successful clubs winning both 8 times. In total, Czech teams lifted the Cup 20 times, and Slovak teams 13 times. Martin Kotůlek
Martin Kotůlek (born 11 September 1969) is a Czech football manager and former player. He is the current caretaker-manager of Sigma Olomouc. At club level, Kotůlek made over 400 appearances in the top leagues of Czechoslovakia and later the Czech Republic, playing for most of his career with home town club Sigma Olomouc. He was part of the silver medal winning squad of the Czech Republic at UEFA Euro 1996; in his career he made one appearance for Czechoslovakia and seven for the Czech Republic after its independence. Playing career Kotůlek was born in Olomouc. He played seven matches for the Czech Republic and was a participant at the 1996 UEFA European Championship. Czech Supercup
The Czech Supercup () was an annual football match between the winners of the Czech First League and the Czech Cup, organised by the Czech Football Association. It was last sponsored by Synot Tip and was therefore officially known as the Synot Tip Supercup. The Czech Supercup was discontinued in 2015 and replaced by the Czechoslovak Supercup from 2017 onward. The match was held at the home stadium of the league champion.
