Romain Bussine (4 November 1830 – 20 December 1899) was a French voice teacher, baritone singer, translator and poet active in the second half of the 19th century. Career He was born in Paris; and from the late 1860s until his death Bussine was professor of solfége (singing) at the city's Conservatoire. ''Le Monde artiste'' described him as teaching there for thirty years with undisputed authority. In 1871, together with Camille Saint-Saëns he founded the Société nationale de musique as a forum for promoting contemporary French chamber and orchestral music. Romain Guessagba-Sato-Lebel (; born March 2, 1981), generally known as Romain Sato, is a former Central African professional basketball player. Standing at a height of 1.96 m (6 ft 5 in), he played as a swingman. Sato won four LBA championships with Mens Sana Siena in Italy, and was named the league's MVP in 2010. Sato won the EuroLeague title with Panathinaikos in 2011. In his four years with Valencia of the Liga ACB, he was named to the All-ACB First Team in 2014. Sato was enshrined in the FIBA Hall of Fame in 2024. He represented the Central African Republic national team in international play, leading them at AfroBasket 2009. Romain Genevois (born 28 October 1987) is a Haitian former professional footballer who played as a defender. Early years Genevois was born in L'Estère, Haiti. At the age 3, he was separated from his biological parents who had difficulty raising him. He was then adopted, along with his younger brother, by a French couple who could not have children.
