Roland Varga (footballer)
Roland Varga (born 23 January 1990) is a Hungarian professional footballer who plays as a forward. Club career Győr Varga was born in Budapest, Hungary. On 19 January 2012, he signed a three-and-a-half-year contract with the Hungarian League club Győr. Ferencváros On 15 January 2015, Varga joined Hungarian League club Ferencváros. International career Varga played for Hungary at the 2009 FIFA U-20 World Cup finals in Egypt. On 22 May 2014, Varga played his first match in the Hungary national team, and he scored the second Hungarian goal against Denmark national football team in a friendly match at the Nagyerdei Stadion in Debrecen. On 1 June 2021, Varga was included in the final 26-man squad to represent Hungary at the rescheduled UEFA Euro 2020 tournament. Magyar Kupa
The Hungarian Cup ( hu, Magyar Kupa) is the Hungarian cup competition for football clubs. It was started by the Hungarian Football Association, the ''Magyar Labdarúgó Szövetség,'' in 1909, eight years after the commencement of the Hungarian League ( hu, Nemzeti Bajnokság). Besides all of the professional clubs of Hungary numerous amateur sides take part every year. These have to qualify through local cup competitions. The most successful participant in the Magyar Kupa has been Ferencváros with 24 wins, followed by local rivals MTK with 12 cups. The current holder is Ferencváros, having won their 24th title in 2022. MTK ended a 16-year stay in the top league, while Szolnok were relegated after just one year in the league. 2010–11 Lega Pro Prima Divisione
The 2010–11 Lega Pro Prima Divisione season was the thirty-third football league season of Italian Lega Pro Prima Divisione since its establishment in 1978, and the third since the renaming from Serie C to Lega Pro. It will be divided into two phases: the regular season, and the playoff phase. The league will also be composed of 36 teams divided into two divisions of 18 teams each, whose teams will be divided geographically. Teams will play only other teams in their own division, once at home and once away for a total of 34 matches each. Teams finishing first in the regular season, plus one team winning the playoff round from each division will be promoted to Serie B; teams finishing last in the regular season, plus two relegation playoff losers from each division will be relegated to Lega Pro Seconda Divisione. Calcio Foggia 1920, commonly referred to as Foggia, is an Italian football club based in Foggia, Apulia. It currently plays in Serie C, having last been in the top level Serie A in 1995. The season began on 24 July 2009 and ended on 23 May 2010. Debrecen were the defending champions, and they defended their title.
