Bennett D. Katz (October 7, 1918 - November 1, 2007) was an American Maine Republican Party, Republican politician from Maine. Katz was born on October 7, 1918, in Springfield, Massachusetts, and attended schools in Boston, Massachusetts, before graduating with a B.A. degree from Tufts University. He was a United States Army Air Forces pilot and major during World War II. After the end of the war, he was a pilot for American Overseas Airlines.
