Roel Coumans
Roel Coumans (born 23 August 1970) is a Dutch Association football, football manager. Career Coumans started his managerial career as assistant manager of Dutch second-tier side Fortuna Sittard. In 2013, he was appointed assistant manager of Hamburger SV, HSV in the German Bundesliga. In August 2015, Coumans was appointed assistant manager of Saudi Arabia national football team, Saudi Arabia. In 2018, he was appointed assistant manager of the Australia men's national soccer team, Australia. In 2020, he was appointed assistant manager of the United Arab Emirates national football team, United Arab Emirates. In 2022, Coumans was appointed manager of Saudi Arabian club Al-Hazem F.C., Al-Hazem. On 30 October 2022, Coumans was appointed as Abha Club, Abha's manager. Meerssen (; ) is a town and a municipality in southeastern Netherlands. History The Treaty of Meerssen was signed in Meerssen in 870. The Treaty of Meerssen was an agreement of the division of the Carolingian Empire by the surviving sons of Louis I: Charles II of the West Franks and Louis the German of the East Franks.
