Rodrigo Nascimento (cyclist)
Rodrigo Do Nascimento Inhe (born 23 June 1985) is a Brazilian road cyclist, who rides for Brazilian amateur team Avaí–FME Florianopolis–APGF. He is a two-time winner of both the Brazilian National Time Trial Championships and the Brazilian National Road Race Championships. Career At the end of 2017 Nascimento was declared the top racer in the Brazilian national rankings. In 2018 he won the Brazilian National Road Race Championships for a second time, this time attacking with to go, reaching the line 4 seconds ahead of the next rider. Nascimento, despite having won four national championship titles, has only represented the Brazilian national team once – at the 2019 Pan American Games. He rode in both the road race where he finished 27th and the time trial where he finished 13th. Passo Fundo
Passo Fundo is a Municipalities of Brazil, municipality in the north of the southern Brazilian state of Rio Grande do Sul. It is named after its river. It's the tenth largest city in the state with an estimated population of 204,722 inhabitants living in a total municipal area of 780 km2. Passo Fundo is a city well known because of the singer, composer and filmmaker Vitor Mateus Teixeira, better known as Teixeirinha, he was born in the city of Rolante in Rio Grande do Sul, and adopted the city of Passo Fundo as his own, the singer liked a lot from the city, in 1960 he composed the song "Gaúcho de Passo Fundo", which was very successful and made Passo Fundo become a known city throughout Brazil. Teixeirinha composed two more songs in homage to the city of Passo Fundo, they are "Saudades de Passo Fundo" (1963) and "Passo Fundo do Coração" (1973), as well as producing and starring in a film set in the city, a film called "O Gaucho de Passo Fundo", released in 1978. 2019 Pan American Games
The 2019 Pan American Games (), officially the XVIII Pan American Games () and commonly known as Lima 2019, were a multi-sport event governed by the Panam Sports Organization held in Lima, Peru from July 26 to August 11, 2019, with preliminary rounds in certain events having begun on July 24, 2019. These were the first Pan American Games to be held in Peru, and the seventh to be held in South America.
