He has been a member of the Legislative Assembly of Rio de Janeiro since 2019, and has served as president of the assembly since 2023. Campos dos Goytacazes () is a city located in the northern region of Rio de Janeiro State, Brazil, with a population of 483,540 inhabitants. The Liberal Party (, PL) is a far-right political party in Brazil. From its foundation in 2006 until 2019, it was called the Party of the Republic (, PR).
