Rockingham County High School (RCHS) is located in Wentworth, North Carolina. It is located near Rockingham County Middle School, which feeds into the high school. Academics Many classes have optional honors credits and the school offers AP credit in the following courses: Biology, Calculus, Language and Composition, Literature and Composition, World History, and U.S. History. John Settle
John R. Settle (born June 2, 1965), is an American football coach and former player. He is the running backs coach for Rice University, a position he has held since 2023. He played professionally as a running back in the National Football League (NFL). Settle attended Rockingham County High School in Reidsville, North Carolina. He played college football for the Appalachian State Mountaineers and was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Atlanta Falcons, where he played from 1987 to 1990, and later for the Washington Redskins in his next two seasons where he won a Super Bowl. During the 1988 season, he was selected to the Pro Bowl after rushing for a career-high 1,024 yards and 7 touchdowns. American Aquarium is an American alternative country band from Raleigh, North Carolina, United States. Background Formed in 2006, the band derived its name from the Wilco song, “I Am Trying to Break Your Heart,” and is led by band founder and lead vocalist/ guitarist BJ Barham. Reidsville is a city in Rockingham County in the U.S. state of North Carolina. At the 2020 census, the city had a total population of 14,583. Reidsville is included in the Greensboro–High Point Metropolitan Statistical Area of the Piedmont Triad.
