''Rock-n-Roller'' (sometimes stylised ''Rock N' Roller'') is the second album from Canadian singer-songwriter Suzie McNeil, released on November 4, 2008. It was reissued the following year as ''Rock-n-Roller: Reloaded'' to feature an additional song, a cover of Saving Jane's "Supergirl." Three singles released from the album, including the aforementioned "Supergirl", which became McNeil's most successful single to date when it peaked at No. 26 on the Canadian Hot 100. Critical reception The album received mixed to positive reviews from music critics. Matthew Chisling from ''AllMusic'' labelled the album "almost as good" as '' Broken & Beautiful'', explaining that in spite of ''Rock-n-Roller'' being generally "quite excellent", "the repetitiveness of some tracks limits their overall quality." Suzie McNeil
Susan Jane "Suzie" McNeil is a Canadian pop rock singer and songwriter. After garnering attention as a contestant on Rock Star: INXS in 2005, McNeil began pursuing a musical career and released her debut album, '' Broken & Beautiful'', on April 10, 2007. Its second single, " Believe" was re-recorded with the National Arts Centre Orchestra in support of Canada's Own the Podium campaign, and served as the official anthem of the Canadian team for the 2010 Winter Olympics. McNeil performed alongside Theory of a Deadman and Andrée Watters at the halftime show during the 96th Grey Cup. "Supergirl" (sometimes stylized as "SuperGirl") is a song written by Marti Dodson and Mats Valentin and recorded by American rock band Saving Jane for their 2008 album of the same name. It was released as the album's lead single on March 25, 2008. Use in popular culture During the summer of 2008, "SuperGirl" became the theme song of two prominent athletes, racecar driver Danica Patrick and Olympic Gold Medal gymnast Nastia Liukin. Commercial performance The single entered the ''Billboard'' Pop 100, becoming the group's second entry after "Girl Next Door (2005)". On the chart dated June 21, 2008, the song debuted at number 95, becoming one of eighteen new entries that week. ''Dear Love'' is the third studio album by Canadian singer-songwriter Suzie McNeil, released on July 24, 2012 through 604 Records. It has spawned four singles, including the top 10 Canada AC hit "Merry Go Round" and the Faber Drive Faber Drive is a four-piece Juno Award-nominated Canadian pop punk band from Mission, British Columbia, formed in 2004. Broadcast Data Systems (also known as BDS or Luminate BDS), is a service that tracks radio, television and internet airplay of songs. The service, which is a unit of MRC Data, is a contributing factor to North American charts published by co-owned magazine ''Billboard'', including the Billboard Hot 100 and Canadian Hot 100, when combined with sales and streaming data from Soundscan.
