Robrecht Heyvaert
Robrecht Heyvaert is a Belgian cinematographer. He is best known for his work on features including ''Bad Boys for Life'', ''Revenge'' and ''Black'' and TV series like ''Ms. Marvel'' and ''Snowfall''. He collaborated with director Robin Pront on ''The Ardennes'' (2015), for which he received the Best Cinematography Award at the Ensor Awards. They teamed up again on Zillion in 2022 He also was nominated thrice for the Best Cinematography Award at the Ensor Awards. Heyvaert has collaborated with directors Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah on 3 Belgian features ''Gangsta'' (2018), ''Black'' (2015) and ''Image'' (2014), before working together on ''Bad Boys for Life''. Adil El Arbi (born June 30, 1988) and Bilall Fallah (born January 4, 1986) are Belgian film and television directors of Moroccan descent. The duo, collectively billed as Adil & Bilall, are known for writing and directing the feature films ''Image'' (2014), ''Black'' (2015), and ''Gangsta'' (2018), as well as directing ''Bad Boys for Life'' (2020), the third installment of the ''Bad Boys'' franchise starring Will Smith and Martin Lawrence. ''Gangsta'' ( nl, Patser) is a 2018 Belgian crime film co-edited, co-written and directed by Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah. The Ensor Award (for the first two years ''Vlaamse Filmprijzen'') is an accolade presented by the Ensor Academy of Belgium to recognize cinematic achievement in the film industry and is the highest film honour in the Flemish speaking part of the country.
