Roberto Chale
Roberto Carlos Chale Olarte (24 November 1946 – 10 September 2024) was a Peruvian footballer, recognized as one of Peru's most important midfielders. He is also known as ''Maestro'' (Master) or ''Niño Terrible'' (Enfant terrible), Chale is best remembered for his performance in the 1970 World Cup qualifying match against Argentina on 30 August 1969, which sent Peru to the finals. He earned 48 caps and scored 4 goals for the Peru national team, and played in the 1970 FIFA World Cup, where he scored 1 goal and Peru reached the quarterfinals. Early life Chale was born in Lima on 24 November 1946. Playing career Chale's debut in the Peruvian First Division was in 1965 at Centro Iqueño. Club Juan Aurich S. A., commonly known as Juan Aurich, is a professional football club based in Chiclayo, Peru. The original Juan Aurich club was founded in 1922, this incarnation however was founded in 2005; they play in the Torneo Descentralizado where they have been playing since attaining promotion when they won the 2007 Copa Perú. Sport Coopsol was a Peruvian football club, playing in the city of Lima. History Sport Coopsol was founded in 2000 when business group "Grupo Cooperativa Solar (Coopsol)" acquired the club Telefunken 20, which last played in the 1999 Segunda División Peruana season. Under its new name, the club played its first season in the Peruvian Second Division in the 2000 Segunda División Peruana season, where they finished in 8th place out of 13. Deportivo Pesquero
Deportivo Wanka is a Peruvian football club, based in the city of Huancayo in the Peruvian Andes. It was founded in 1969 and is named after the Wankas people who formerly inhabited the area and after whom the city of Huancayo is named. The current Deportivo Wanka is merged with Deportivo Pesquero of Chimbote but its home city is still Huancayo. They play their home games at Estadio Huancayo.
