Robert Harwood (politician)
Robert William de Lotbinière-Harwood (October 27, 1826 – June 29, 1897) was a landowner and political figure in Lower Canada and Quebec. He represented Vaudreuil in the House of Commons of Canada as a Liberal-Conservative member from 1872 to 1878. Career Harwood was born in Montreal, Lower Canada, the son of Robert Unwin Harwood and Marie-Louise-Josephte de Lotbiniere, daughter of Michel-Eustache-Gaspard-Alain Chartier de Lotbinière. He was a brother of Antoine Chartier de Lotbinière Harwood and Henry Stanislas Harwood, and a first cousin of Sir Henri-Gustave Joly de Lotbinière, who served as the Prime Minister of Quebec and Lieutenant Governor of British Columbia. He was educated at the Collège Saint-Sulpice in Montreal, and became a Captain in the Vaudreuil Militia, also serving as a warden for the County of Vaudreuil. Robert Harwood (cricketer)
Robert Crawford Harwood (20 November 1923 – 23 November 1992) was a New Zealand cricketer. He played five first-class matches for Otago during the 1944–45 and 1945–46 seasons. Harwood was born at Dunedin in 1923 and grew up in the Caversham area of the city.Robert Crawford Harwood

Robert Unwin Harwood
Robert Unwin Harwood (January 22, 1798 – April 12, 1863) was the last ''seigneurial system of New France, seigneur'' of Vaudreuil (provincial electoral district), Vaudreuil, commanding officer of the Vaudreuil Militia, and for thirty years a political figure in Lower Canada and Canada East. Arrival in Canada Harwood was christened at Sheffield Cathedral, England, third son of William Harwood and Elizabeth Unwin. Representing William Harwood & Sons — his family's wholesale silver and hardware business in Sheffield that exported to Colony of Jamaica, Jamaica, Bermuda, Baltimore and Lower Canada — he came to Montreal in 1821.
