Robert Bajic
Robert Bajic (born 29 July 1977 in Whyalla, South Australia), is an Australian footballer. Club career Bajic began his career in 1994 with Adelaide Raiders in the SA Premier League. The following year he moved to Queensland to play with Rocklea United FC in the Brisbane league before being promoted in 1998 to the Brisbane Premier League with the Rochedale Rovers. Bajic spent five seasons with Rochdale, but returned to his home state in 2003, re-signing with the Raiders to again play in the SASL. The withdrawal of Adelaide City from the National Soccer League gave Bajic the chance to move into the top Australian league with new club Adelaide United FC for the 2003–04 NSL season. Bajic, however, only played 4 matches that season, finding himself behind incumbent Adelaide City goalkeeper David Scarsella. Whyalla
Whyalla was founded as "Hummocks Hill", and was known by that name until 1916. It is the fourth most populous city in the Australian state of South Australia after Adelaide, Mount Gambier and Gawler and along with Port Pirie and Port Augusta is one of the three towns to make up the Iron Triangle. Adelaide United Football Club is a professional soccer club based in Adelaide, South Australia, Australia. The club participates in the A-League Men under licence from Australian Professional Leagues (APL). The club was founded in 2003 to fill the place vacated by Adelaide City and West Adelaide in the former National Soccer League (NSL), and is now the sole team from the state of South Australia in the A-League. Adelaide United's home ground is Coopers Stadium, formally Hindmarsh Stadium. Adelaide United holds the record for the largest win in an A-League game. Scott Higgins
Scott Higgins (born 9 June 1976) is an Australian former footballer who played as a goalkeeper. His career saw him play in three different continents, Australia, Europe, and the Middle East. Football career Club career He started his professional footballing career in the NSL with Canberra Cosmos and later returning to Queensland with Brisbane Strikers. In the relaunched A-League, he secured a deal with Queensland Roar in 2005, before moving to Europe in June 2006 to join Scottish Premier League club Falkirk. A difference of opinion with Falkirk boss John Hughes ended his stay in Scotland with the "Bairns" in a good position at sixth in the SPL and through to the semi-finals of the League Cup. Before departing Scotland Higgins stated it was a boyhood dream to play against his much loved Glasgow Celtic at Parkhead on 23 December 2006.
