Rob Marcello
Robert Marcello (born Robert Wendelstam; 9 September 1977) is a Swedish guitarist who has been a member of the hard rock band Danger Danger since 2003. He has also played for Ironhorse, Obsession, Twenty 4 Seven, and Marcello-Vestry. In late 2009, he was also a stand-in guitarist in the 1980s band House of Lords (band), House of Lords. Marcello plays Caparison Guitars and is sponsored by Boss Corporation, he is featured as the guitarist for many of their pedal demonstration videos. Kee Marcello
Kee Marcello (born Kjell Hilding Lövbom; 20 February 1960) is a Swedish guitarist and vocalist, best known as the former guitarist in the hard rock bands Europe and Easy Action. He has also pursued a solo career. Career Throughout the years, Marcello played in various bands such as Stetson Cody Group, Norbom Hilke and Noice, before he formed Easy Action in 1982. They released two albums, ''Easy Action'' and ''That Makes One''. Easy Action was the first Scandinavian band to sign a worldwide major label deal with a US label, with the Warner label Sire Records in 1983. Zinny J. Zan later left the band and was replaced by Tommy Nilsson. They recorded ''That Makes One'' in 1985–1986 and released it in 1986, only months before Marcello left the band in November 1986 to join Europe, replacing their original guitarist John Norum. Zinny J. Zan (born Bo Stagman on 18 January 1964 and earlier known as Bosse Belsen) is a Swedish rock singer who is the former lead singer for Shotgun Messiah and the founder and frontman for Zan Clan and Easy Action. Musical career Zinny J. Zan is probably best known internationally as the original lead singer for the 1980s glam metal band Shotgun Messiah (1985–90). However, he was already well known in his native Sweden by the time he was 18, when his band Easy Action (1981–85) toured Scandinavia and soon thereafter signed a contract with Warner Bros. Records. Shotgun Messiah was a Swedish glam metal band from Skövde. The band was formed in 1985 by guitarist Harry Cody (musician), Harry Cody and bassist Tim Sköld, with singer Zinny J. Zan and drummer Stixx Galore taking part in their most commercially successful lineup. Danger Danger is an American hard rock band formed in Queens, New York, in 1986. History Danger Danger was formed in 1986 by former Hotshot members lead vocalist Mike Pont (joined in 1987), bassist Bruno Ravel, and drummer Steve West (joined in 1987). This lineup also featured then future Savatage and Megadeth guitarist Al Pitrelli and keyboardist Kasey Smith. Mike Pont later left the band and was replaced by Ted Poley, who previously played in the band Prophet as drummer, and sometimes lead vocalist. Somewhere during this time, they made a failed attempt at recording a demo. They made another attempt at recording a demo and this time it landed them a recording contract with Epic Records. Caparison Guitars is a Japanese-origin manufacturer of electric guitars. The company is headquartered in Japan and is a subsidiary of Caparison Guitar Company Ltd., based in the United Kingdom. Sweden Rock Festival is a rock festival outside the town of Sölvesborg in Blekinge in southern Sweden. The festival offers the best possible mix of classic rock, hard rock, metal, blues and related genres. The first version of the festival, known as Sommarfestivalen i Olofström, was held in Olofström in 1992. In 1993 the festival moved to Karlshamn, and changed its name to Karlshamn Rock Festival. In 1998, the festival moved to Norje, although the name Karlshamn Rock Festival was kept. In 1999 the name was changed to the Sweden Rock Festival. House of Lords is an American rock band based in Connecticut, with members in New Jersey and Florida. History House of Lords was formed in 1987 by former Angel member and keyboardist Gregg Giuffria following his solo project Giuffria. After listening to demos – originally intended for Giuffria's third record – a record deal with Gene Simmons' company Simmons Records was agreed upon, on two conditions: to change the band's name (to House of Lords) and to recruit a new lead singer (firing David Glen Eisley in the process). James Christian replaced Eisley. Christian was suggested by ex-Giuffria and Quiet Riot bassist Chuck Wright, after having worked together in L.A. Rocks.
