Ritis Heldart
Ritis K. Heldart (October 8, 1953 – January 4, 2014) was the Lieutenant Governor of Chuuk State Chuuk State (; also known as Truk) is one of the four states of the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM). Lieutenant Governor
A lieutenant governor, lieutenant-governor, or vice governor is a high officer of state, whose precise role and rank vary by jurisdiction. Often a lieutenant governor is the deputy, or lieutenant, to or ranked under a governor — a "second-in-command", rather like deputy governor. Chuuk State
Chuuk State (; also known as Truk) is one of the four states of the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM). The other states are Kosrae State, Pohnpei State, and Yap State. Nama (island)
Nama or Nema is an island and municipality in the state of Chuuk, Federated States of Micronesia. It is a 1.5 km long and 0.5 km wide island part of the Eastern Islands or Upper Mortlock Islands group, located about 60 km to the ESE of Chuuk and 13 km NW of Losap. Nama is densely populated despite its small size. It had 995 inhabitants in the 2000 census.
