Rise (Revolution Saints Album)
''Rise'' is the third album by American supergroup Revolution Saints. It was released on January 24, 2020, via Neapolitan label Frontiers and it was produced by Italian multi-instrumentalist Alessandro Del Vecchio, also involved songwriting, keyboards and backing vocals, as in the two previous albums. This album includes the ex-Night by Night singer Dan Rossall as a songwriter. The first single released was ''When the Heartache Has Gone'' on December 12, 2019, followed by ''Closer'' on January 10, 2020. Revolution Saints is an American supergroup conceptualized by Frontiers Records president Serafino Perugino, and formed by Jack Blades of Night Ranger; Deen Castronovo of Journey (band), Journey; and Doug Aldrich of Whitesnake and Dio (band), Dio. The band collaborates from the beginning with Italian multi-instrumentalist Alessandro Del Vecchio (Silent Force (band), Silent Force, Hardline (band), Hardline) as producer, sound engineer, keyboardist and songwriter. Their Revolution Saints (album), self-titled debut album was released on February 24, 2015. He is a current member of hard and heavy bands Edge of Forever, Hardline, Jørn Lande and Vanden Plas. ''Eagle Flight'' is a virtual reality simulation video game developed by Ubisoft Montreal and published by Ubisoft. It was released for Microsoft Windows and PlayStation 4 in late 2016. Players must have a virtual reality headset, such as the Oculus Rift, PlayStation VR, or HTC Vive, in order to play the game. The game is set fifty years after humanity's extinction, focusing on a post-apocalyptic version of Paris. Players assume control of an eagle, which must travel around the city and defeat rival animals in order to build its nest on five different landmarks. Doug Aldrich (born February 19, 1963) is an American hard rock guitarist. He founded the band Burning Rain with Keith St. John in 1998 and has played with Whitesnake, Dio, Lion, Hurricane, House of Lords, Bad Moon Rising and Revolution Saints. He is a member of The Dead Daisies. He has also released several solo albums. Doug toured with former Deep Purple bassist and vocalist Glenn Hughes' band in 2015. Jack Martin Blades (born April 24, 1954) is an American rock musician. He has worked in the bands Rubicon (American band), Rubicon, Night Ranger (as bassist and one of the lead vocalists), and Damn Yankees (band), Damn Yankees (as one of the founding members).
