Rin Iwanaga
is a Japanese badminton player affiliated with the Biprogy team. She won the silver medal at the 2022 Asian Championships partnering Kie Nakanishi. Iwanaga and Nakanishi claimed their first World Tour title at the 2023 Syed Modi International. Career 2021 In 2021, Iwanaga and Nakanishi reached their first Super 500 final at the Hylo Open in November. The BWF World Tour is a Grade 2 badminton tournament series, sanctioned by Badminton World Federation (BWF). It is a competition open to the top world ranked players in singles (men's and women's) and doubles (men's, women's and mixed). The competition was announced on 19 March 2017 and came into effect starting from 2018, replacing the BWF Super Series, which was held from 2007 to 2017. Jia Yifan (; ; born 29 June 1997) is a Chinese badminton player and Olympic champion. With partner Chen Qingchen, Jia won silver in women's doubles at the 2020 Summer Olympics and gold in the same event at the 2024 Summer Olympics. Jia won four gold medals at the World Championships in 2017, 2021, 2022, and 2023. She also won two gold medals at the Asian Games in 2018 and 2022, as well as at the 2019 and 2022 Asian Championships. Chen Qingchen (; born 23 June 1997) is a Chinese badminton player who specializes in doubles. She is an Olympic champion, four-time World Champion, two-time Asian Games gold medalist, and two-time Asian Champion. With partner Jia Yifan, Chen won silver in women's doubles at the 2020 Summer Olympics and gold in the same event at the 2024 Summer Olympics.
