Abdelkrim Brahmi, known professionally as Rim'K (born 21 June 1978 in Paris, France), is a France, French rapper. Rim'K was raised in the Parisian suburb of Vitry-sur-Seine. His family is originally from Barbacha, Algeria, which is mentioned many times in his lyrics. He is a member of the group 113 (band), 113, alongside Mokobé and AP (rapper), AP, and the supergroup Mafia K-1 Fry. He also has a group called Maghreb United. Having been innovative in many musical aspects, such as the introduction of Maghrebian folk rhythms in rap, Rim'K thus remains one of the major figures of the French-speaking rap scene. His musical success, which can be explained both in the quality of his art and in his artistic finds, also comes from the fact that Rim'K is perceived as a link linking the Maghreb to France, and that his longevity in music has made him a father figure to many French rap listeners. Mafia K-1 Fry sometimes stylized as Mafia K'1 Fry is a French collective of hip hop artists, rappers, beatboxers, DJs, MCs and music producers mostly coming from the Val-de-Marne and the Orly-Choisy-Vitry-Joinville axis (being locations in Orly - Choisy-le-Roi - Vitry-sur-Seine -Joinville-le-Pont), suburbs located south of Paris. Cheba Zahouania () (also spelled Chaba), born Halima Mazzi () (born May 15, 1959) is an Algerian singer known for raï music. She has lived in France since her singing partner, Cheb Hasni, was murdered in 1994. Biography Halima Mazzi was born in Oran, Algeria, in 1959. Under the name Chaba Zahouania, she became a popular singer of raï, a hybrid folk-music style. In 1986, five years after the start of her career, she achieved recognition with her performance of "Khâli ya khâli" (''My uncle, oh, my uncle'') with Cheb Hamid.
