Ken Samaras (, ; born 3 April 1990), better known by his stage name Nekfeu (), is a French rapper, actor and record producer. He is also a member of the crew L'entourage and the bands $-Crew and 1995. He started his career as a member of $-Crew, with childhood friends Framal, Mekra, 2zer Washington and DJ Elite. He joined 1995 in 2007, participating in open mic duels around Paris. Released in 2015, his first solo album, '' Feu'', received extensive media coverage; for this album, he won the 2016 Victoire de l'album de musiques urbaines. His second album, Cyborg, was released in 2016, and his third, Les Étoiles vagabondes, in 2019. Feu (album)
is the debut studio album by French hip hop artist Nekfeu. It was released on 8 June 2015 by Seine Zoo, Polydor Records and Universal Music Group in France. A re-release of the album, entitled ''Feu (Réédition)'', was released on 4 December 2015. Entering (and peaking) the French Albums Chart at number 3 in its first week, the album was certified gold in its third week with over 47,000 copies sold. The album was later certified platinum in November 2015 and diamond in October 2017. Release ''Feu'' has produced 4 singles: * " Égérie" was released as the album's lead single on 3 April 2015. ''Cyborg'' is the second studio album by French hip hop artist Nekfeu. Released on December 2, 2016 by Seine Zoo, the album entered the French Albums Chart at number 3, peaking at number 1. ''Cyborg'' was released without any prior promotion or singles, with ''Les Inrocks'' branding it a "surprise album". On its first day of release on Spotify, the album broke the French record for most album streams within 24 hours; within its first two weeks of release (on all platforms), the album was certified platinum in France with over 100,000 sales. 1995 was a French rap band founded in 2008 in the southern part of Paris as P.O.S. The name was changed to "1995" in 2010 in reference to the year 1995, considered a "golden year" for French rap. The six-member group is composed of 5 rappers and one producer all coming from the 14th and 15th arrondissements in Paris. 1995 are influenced by the spontaneous and positive vibes from the 1990 French rap. The band name is pronounced in various formats like "Mille neuf cent quatre vingt quinze" or "Dix neuf quatre vingt quinze" or "un, neuf, neuf, cinq" () or "un, double neuf, cinq" (). L'entourage
L'entourage () is a French hip hop crew composed of several bands and solo artists founded in 2008. The members emanated from the battle-rap contest Rap Contenders as well as support of many artists and bands. The collective's first studio album ''"Jeunes Entrepreneurs"'' was launched by Believe Recordings on 26 May 2014 with a premier concert at the Paris Olympia on 14 June 2014 with all members of the collective on stage.
