Riki LeCotey, also known as Riddle, is a Canadian cosplayer, model and costume designer based in the United States. She is regarded by some as one of the top cosplayers in North America or even in the world. Career LeCotey has been cosplaying for over a decade, and was a cosplay judge and special guest at many fan conventions in the US and around the world, including in Dubai, Ireland, Chile Chile, officially the Republic of Chile, is a country in western South America. Harley Quinn (Dr. Harleen Frances Quinzel, PhD) is a fictional American character appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. She was created by Paul Dini and Bruce Timm for ''Batman: The Animated Series'' as a henchwoman for the Joker (character), Joker, and debuted in its 8th episode, "Joker's Favor", on September 11, 1992. While intended to appear in one episode, Quinn became a recurring character within the DC Animated Universe (DCAU) as the Joker's sidekick and love interest, and was adapted into DC Comics' Canon (fiction), canon seven years later, beginning with the One-shot (comics), one-shot ''Batman: Harley Quinn'' #1 (October 1999).
