Rika (Pokémon)
Rika, known in Japan as , is a character in the 2022 video game Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, ''Pokémon Scarlet'' and ''Violet''. Set in the fictional region of Pokémon Scarlet and Violet#Setting, Paldea, she is one of the strongest trainers in the region, belonging to a group called the Elite Four and typically using Ground-type Pokémon. She is tall, thin, and has long, green hair, speaking with a Kansai dialect, Kansai-like dialect in the Japanese version. She is voiced by Mitsuki Saiga and Erika Ishii in the anime ''Pokémon Horizons: The Series'' in Japanese and English respectively. Rika has received generally positive reception, praised for her design as well as her androgyny. is a Japanese ''otome'' video game series by Idea Factory, first released for the PlayStation 2 on the 18th September 2008 and ported to many other platforms. It has been adapted into an anime series by Studio Deen; the first series was broadcast from April to June 2010, and the second series was broadcast from October to December 2010.
