Ricky Gianco
Ricky Gianco (born Riccardo Sanna on 18 February 1943), formerly known as Ricky Sann, is an Italian singer, songwriter, guitarist and record producer, considered one of the founders of Italian rock music. Career Born in Lodi, Gianco started playing guitar as a child, and at 11 years old he won a music contest for amateur musicians, soon gaining some popularity thanks to his participation to numerous Mike Bongiorno's shows. In 1958 he was guitarist of the band "Pepe, Pietruccio & Lallo", an early incarnation of Dik Dik. He first adopted the stage name Ricky Sann as a tribute to Ricky Nelson. Pierre Antoine Muraccioli (born 4 June 1944), known professionally as Antoine, is a French pop singer, and also a sailor, adventurer, writer, photographer, and filmmaker. James Edward Burton (born August 21, 1939, in Dubberly, Louisiana, United States) is an American guitarist. Jeffrey Thomas Porcaro (April 1, 1954 – August 5, 1992) was an American drummer. He is best known for being the co-founder and drummer of the rock band Toto, but is also one of the most recorded session musicians in history, working on hundreds of albums and thousands of sessions. While already an established studio player in the 1970s, he came to prominence in the United States as the drummer on the Steely Dan album '' Katy Lied'' (1975). The Sanremo Music Festival 1970 (), officially the 20th Italian Song Festival (), was the 20th annual Sanremo Music Festival, held at the Sanremo Casino in Sanremo between 26 and 28 February 1970, and broadcast by (RAI). The show was presented by Nuccio Costa, assisted by the actors Enrico Maria Salerno and Princess Ira von Fürstenberg. The final night was broadcast by Rai 1, Programma Nazionale, while the first two nights were broadcast live only by radio. According to the rules of this edition every song was performed in a double performance by a couple of singers or groups.
