Rick Stream
Rick Stream (born February 23, 1949) is an American, former budget/project manager for the United States Department of Defense and a Republican member of the Missouri House of Representatives. He has represented the 90th district, which includes parts of St. Louis County, since 2013 and currently serves as chairman of the budget committee. Prior to redistricting he represented the 94th district from 2007 to 2013. Early life and career Rick Stream graduated from Kirkwood High School in 1967. He then went to St. Louis Community College–Meramec where he obtained an Associate degree in business. He also received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of Missouri–St. Louis in 1971. He then served as an officer in the United States Navy from 1971 to 1975. Deb Lavender
Deb Lavender (born October 11, 1956) is an American politician who from 2015 to 2021 served in the Missouri House of Representatives, and is serving again as of 2023. A Democrat, Lavender represented the 90th district from 2015 to 2021, which comprised all or part of the cities of Glendale, Kirkwood, Oakland, Sunset Hills, Warson Woods, and Webster Groves in St. Louis County. In 2020, she unsuccessfully ran for the Missouri Senate against incumbent Republican Andrew Koenig. As of 2022, she was elected to the House again from District 98, which includes the cities of Manchester, Twin Oaks, and Valley Park. Kirkwood, Missouri
Kirkwood is an inner-ring western suburb of St. Louis located in St. Louis County, Missouri. As of the 2010 census, the city's population was 27,540. Founded in 1853, the city is named after James P. Kirkwood, builder of the Pacific Railroad through that city. It was the first planned suburb located west of the Mississippi River. History Plans for a new community close to St. Louis were begun after the St. Louis fire of 1849 and the preceding and subsequent cholera outbreaks that killed one-tenth of the residents of downtown St. Louis. Kirkwood High School is a public secondary school in Kirkwood, Missouri, United States. The school is part of the Kirkwood R-7 School District. Dr. Mike Havener started as principal in July 2011.
