Rick Michaels (born September 8, 1974) is a retired American professional wrestler. Professional wrestling career Extreme Championship Wrestling (1992–1993) Michaels debuted for Extreme Championship Wrestling on June 23, 1992, under the gimmick of "Super Ninja" and lost to Hurricane Curry. Throughout late 1992 and early 1993, Michaels would team up with various partners such as the Canadian Wolfman, Bay Ragni and The Samoan Warrior to take on the ECW Tag Team Champions. His last match in ECW, Michaels would lose to Tommy Cairo. Pro Wrestling Federation (1993–1999) On March 19, 1993, Michaels would debut for Pro Wrestling Federation, still using the Super Ninja gimmick but now called Super Ninja #1, and lost to Super Mario in his first match. NWA Georgia Heavyweight Championship
The GCW Heavyweight Championship is the major title in the Georgia Championship Wrestling professional wrestling promotion. It started in 1964 and was unified in 1981 with the NWA National Heavyweight Championship. The title was picked back up in 1998 by NWA Georgia, which became NWA Wildside in September 1999 when it merged with National Championship Wrestling. Along with this change, the championship became known as the NWA Wildside Heavyweight Championship. The title continued until Wildside ceased operations on April 30, 2005. Mike Sharrer (May 21, 1977 – September 12, 2024) was an American professional wrestler best known for his appearances with Ohio Valley Wrestling, Deep South Wrestling and WWE. Later in his career, he worked in Japan and the independent circuit in the United States. Deep South Wrestling (DSW) is a professional wrestling promotion in the state of Georgia. Deep South worked in tandem with World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) as a developmental territory from September 1, 2005, until April 18, 2007. Deep South was owned by Jody Hamilton, former director of the WCW Power Plant. The NWA Georgia Tag Team Championship was the top tag team championship (professional wrestling), championship in Georgia Championship Wrestling from 1968 to 1980, when it was replaced with the NWA National Tag Team Championship. In professional wrestling, Bad Attitude has been used as a name for two tag teams. The first was a short-lived tag team of Bobby Eaton and Steve Keirn in World Championship Wrestling in 1994. The second was the team of David Young and Rick Michaels which wrestled in the independent circuit from 1999 to 2001.
