Richie Londres, (born in London, England) is an English record producer, film composer and guitarist. Londres has worked with Deftones and Cypress Hill on various projects. Londres is active in three groups, as the founding member & producer of Sol Invicto, Cultura Londres Proyecto and Okujira. He is Published by Universal Records. Sol Invicto Londres is the founder member of underground group Sol Invicto an instrumental cinematic metal/electronic group which features Deftones guitarist Stephen Carpenter & UK drum & bass producer Mark Caro aka Technical Itch and Dan Foord on drums. Cultura Londres Early Years 2004–2008 Founded by Londres in 2004 with MC Tiago and Eric Bobo of Cypress Hill. Alternative Metal
Alternative metal (also known as alt-metal) is a genre of heavy metal music that combines heavy metal with influences from alternative rock and other genres not normally associated with metal. Alternative metal bands are often characterized by heavily downtuned, mid-paced guitar riffs, a mixture of accessible melodic vocals and harsh vocals and sometimes unconventional sounds within other heavy metal styles. Ozomatli is an American rock band, formed in 1995 in Los Angeles. They are known both for their vocal activist viewpoints and incorporating a wide array of musical styles – including salsa, jazz, funk, reggae, hip hop, and others. The group formed in 1995 and has since released seven studio albums. The group is also known for advocating for farm-workers' rights and immigration reform. The band has performed in various countries all over the world, including China, Tunisia, Jordan, Cuba, and Burma. Sidney George Wilson (born January 20, 1977) is an American musician. He is the turntablist for the heavy metal band Slipknot, in which he is designated #0. Wilson was the youngest member of the band until bassist Alessandro Venturella and drummer Jay Weinberg, who were born in 1984 and 1990 respectively, joined the band. Biography Sid Wilson was raised in Des Moines, Iowa. His parents are both from England. Stephen "Steph" Carpenter ( /ˈstɛfən/ ''STEF-ən''; born August 3, 1970) is an American musician, known as the co-founder and a guitarist of the alternative metal band Deftones. His guitar technique makes use of both ringing open strings and dissonant chord voicings, as well as stock power chords in polyrhythms. Carpenter began his musical career with Deftones playing the traditional six-string guitar.
