Richard Hillman (actor)
Richard Charles Hillman is a fictional character from the British ITV soap opera ''Coronation Street'', played by Brian Capron. He first appeared on 20 June 2001 and became the show's main antagonist until his eventual departure on 14 March 2003. The character's story arc began with Richard appearing in Weatherfield for the funeral of his late cousin, Alma Halliwell ( Amanda Barrie). He befriended Alma's closest friend, Gail Platt (Helen Worth), and they started a relationship which culminated in them marrying a year later, on 28 July 2002. From that point, however, it had already transpired that Richard secretly withholds both a homicidal streak and an ongoing financial crisis during the time he occasionally played happy families with Gail along with her two children Sarah-Louise (Tina O'Brien) and David (Jack P. Brian Capron
Brian Capron (born 11 February 1947) is an English actor who trained at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art. He is best known for his role as serial killer, Richard Hillman, in the long-running ITV soap opera, ''Coronation Street'', from 2001 to 2003. He had previously appeared in the series as the social worker Donald Worthington in 1981–1982, 1986. Background Capron first came to public attention through his role of the teacher, Mr Stuart "Hoppy" Hopwood in '' Grange Hill'' from 1980–1983. Tina Michelle O'Brien (born 7 August 1983) is an English actress. She is best known for her portrayal of Sarah Platt in the long-running ITV soap opera ''Coronation Street'' (1999–2008, 2015–present). Norris Cole (Coronation Street)
Norris Cole is a fictional character from the British ITV soap opera ''Coronation Street'', played by Malcolm Hebden. He made his first screen appearance during the episode broadcast on 11 March 1994. Hebden had previously played the role of Carlos, Mavis Riley's (Thelma Barlow) Spanish boyfriend, in one episode in 1974. Norris appeared on a recurring basis, until he was written out in April 1997 by Brian Park. However, two years later; the character was reintroduced on a regular basis. Sylvia Ann Ibbetson (''née'' Butterfield; 8 November 1939 – 25 September 2017), known professionally as Elizabeth Dawn or Liz Dawn, was an English actress, best known for her role as Vera Duckworth in the long-running British soap opera ''Coronation Street''. Bill Tarmey (born William Piddington; 4 April 1941 – 9 November 2012) was an English actor and singer, best known for playing Jack Duckworth in the soap opera ''Coronation Street''. First appearing in the role in November 1979, he played it continually from 1981 to 2010. Early life and education Tarmey was born in Ardwick, Manchester, Lancashire. Shortly after his birth, he moved with his family to live in Bradford, Manchester, where he was also educated. John "Jack" Duckworth is a Character (arts), fictional character from the Television in the United Kingdom, British ITV (TV network), ITV soap opera ''Coronation Street'', played by Bill Tarmey. Sean Wilson (born 4 April 1965 in Ashton-under-Lyne, Lancashire) is an English actor and cheesemaker, best known for his role as Martin Platt in ''Coronation Street'', which he played from 1985 to 2005 and for a brief stint in 2018.
