Kennedy Plaza, formerly Exchange Place, Exchange Terrace, or City Hall Park, is a rectangular public square that occupies a central portion of Downtown, Providence, Rhode Island, Downtown Providence, Rhode Island. Since the mid 19th century, the plaza has served as a civic and transportation hub. Today, Kennedy Plaza is bounded by Exchange Street to the northeast, Fulton Street to the southeast, Dorrance Street to the southwest, and Washington Street to the northwest. The plaza's northeastern and southwestern extremities are capped by three civic structures: Providence City Hall, City Hall, the Federal Building (Providence, Rhode Island), Federal Building, and the John O. Pascoag ( or ) is a census-designated place (CDP) and village in Providence County, Rhode Island, United States. The population was 4,577 at the 2010 census. Pascoag is one of eight villages that make up the town of Burrillville. Geography Pascoag is located at (41.957401, -71.705957). The village is centered on the Pascoag River at its outlet from the Pascoag Reservoir. The river drops through the village, providing ample power for industry in the village's early days. According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 5.5 square miles; 5 square miles is land and 0.4 square miles (7.88%) is water. Roger Williams Zoo
The Roger Williams Park Zoo of Providence, Rhode Island, contains more than 800 animals in natural settings from a total of 160 species from around the world. Oakland Beach, Rhode Island
Oakland Beach is a neighborhood and List of beaches in New England, beach located in the South Central area of Warwick, Rhode Island, on Greenwich Bay, a tributary of Narragansett Bay. In the late 1800s until about 1895 Oakland Beach was the location of Camp Wetmore, the site of a six day annual training encampment of the Rhode Island Militia.
