Rezovo
Rezovo ( bg, Резово, ) is a village and seaside resort in southeastern Bulgaria, part of Tsarevo Municipality, Burgas Province, in the coastal Strandzha geographical region. Geography The village is in Strandzha Nature Park. Lying at the mouth of the Rezovo River in the Black Sea, Rezovo is the southernmost point of the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast and the southeasternmost inhabited place in Bulgaria and the European Union mainland. The village is 11 kilometres south of Sinemorets, 17 km from Ahtopol and 36 km from Lozenets. Rezovo River
The Rezovo (also Rezovska, Rezvaya and Rezve; bg, Резовска река ; tr, Mutludere ) is a river in the extreme southeast of Bulgaria and northernmost part of European Turkey. The river is situated in Bulgaria's Strandzha Nature Park. River basin The Rezovo is 112 km long and its source is in the Turkish part of the Strandzha mountains east of Kofçaz in Turkey under the Turkish name of ''Paspalderesi''. It generally flows east from Turkey to Bulgaria, and after Paspala village of Kırklareli Province in Turkey becomes a border river between the Turkey and Bulgaria until its mouth in the Black Sea at Rezovo. Strandzha Nature Park
Strandzha Nature Park ( bg, Природен парк Странджа ''Priroden park Strandzha'', also transliterated as Stranja Nature Park) is the largest protected area in Bulgaria spanning a territory of in the Strandzha Mountain in the extreme south-eastern corner of the country on the border with Turkey. It was established on 25 January 1995 to protect ecosystems and biodiversity of European importance, as well as the traditional cultural, historical and folklore heritage of the region. The altitude varies from on Gradishte Peak to at the Black Sea coast with average length of from west to east and from north to south. Demirköy, Kırklareli
Demirköy (, "iron village"; known as Малък Самоков, ''Malak Samokov'' in Bulgarian) is a town and district of Kırklareli Province in the Marmara region of Turkey. According to the Ottoman population statistics of 1914, the kaza of Demirköy had a total population of 9.133, consisting of 5.110 Greeks and 4.023 Muslims. The inhabitants are mainly descendants of Muslims from the village of Tisovo and other villages from the Greek side of the Chech region who were settled in Demirköy during the population exchange between Greece and Turkey in 1923/1924. Kırklareli Province
Kırklareli Province ( tr, ) is a province in northwestern Turkey on the west coast of the Black Sea. The province neighbours Bulgaria to the north along a long border. It borders the province of Edirne to the west and the province of Tekirdağ to the south and province of Istanbul to the southeast. Kırklareli is the capital city of the province. Ahtopol ( bg, Ахтопол , ) is a town and seaside resort on the southern Bulgarian Black Sea Coast.
