Rezaul Karim Liton
Rezaul Karim Liton ( bn, রেজাউল করিম লিটন; born 11 December 1980) is a retired Bangladeshi professional footballer who played as an attacking midfielder. Club career Liton joined his hometown club Narayanganj Suktara Sangsad after the club secured a place in the 2009–10 Bangladesh League. He initially coached the club to promotion during their Bashundhara Champions Club Cup triumph in 2009, in the absence of head coach, Riaz Biswas. He was appointed captain of the team and finished the season as the club's top scorer with six goals, as the Narayanganj-based outfit were relegated in their inaugural season in the country's top-flight. International career Liton captained the Bangladesh U16 team during the 1996 AFC U-16 Championship qualifiers in Nagoya, Japan. Narayanganj ( bn, নারায়ণগঞ্জ ''Naraeongônj'') is a city in central Bangladesh. Football has been a sport at the South Asian Games since it commenced in 1984. Since the 2004 South Asian Games, the age limit for men's teams is under 23, plus up to three overaged players for each squad, which is the same as the age limit in football competitions at the Summer Olympics and Asian Games. Nepal and Pakistan are currently the most successful countries in the Men's event with 4 Gold Medals each while India is the most successful in Women's event with 3 Gold Medals. Bordoloi Trophy
The Bordoloi Trophy, also known as the Bharat Ratna Lokopriya Gopinath Bordoloi Trophy, is a premier annual Indian football tournament held in Guwahati and organized by Guwahati Sports Association (GSA). The tournament was first started in 1952 and is named after Assam's first chief minister Gopinath Bordoloi. Apart from some top clubs from India, clubs from Nepal, Bangladesh and Thailand have also participated in this championship. Abahani Limited of Bangladesh lifted the 2010 trophy. Dhaka Senior Division Football League, also referred as First Division Football League, is the third tier of football league in Bangladesh. Until 2006, it was the top-tier league of the country. Federation Cup, also known as Bangladesh Federation Cup, is Bangladesh's premier cup competition in men's association football. The competition started in 1980 and is run by the Bangladesh Football Federation which is responsible for all types of competitive matches in the country. The teams from the country's premier league and other clubs compete in the tournament while occasionally Indian sides were invited in the past.
