Revolución De Amor
''Revolución de Amor'' (''Revolution of Love'') is the sixth and sixteenth overall studio album by Mexican rock band Maná, released by WEA Latina on August 20, 2002. Allmusic considers it one of their strongest and most consistent albums. Critics of the band deride it for being too slick and polished, with an "arena rock" aura, but others consider it to have some of their strongest writing. The album gave Maná their fourth Grammy. The songs have various influences; from Mexican elements on " Mariposa Traicionera" to a salsa-influenced groove on "No Voy A Ser Tu Esclavo" and "Sabanas Frías." "Ay, Doctor" is infused with the sounds of African ska. The album features guest appearances from Carlos Santana, Rubén Blades and Asdrubal Sierra from Ozomatli. Maná () is a Mexican pop rock band formed in 1981. Originally called Sombrero Verde, the current lineup of members is vocalist-guitarist Fher Olvera, drummer Alex González (musician), Alex González, guitarist Sergio Vallín and bassist Juan Calleros. The band is considered one of the best-selling Latin Mexican music artists and the most successful Latin American band of all time with over 45 million records sold worldwide. Adelmo Fornaciari (; born 25 September 1955), known professionally as Zucchero Fornaciari or simply Zucchero (), is an Italian singer, musician and songwriter. His stage name is the Italian word for "sugar", as his primary school teacher used to call him. Sergio Vallín
Sergio Vallín Loera (born May 26, 1972) is a Mexican guitarist of the Mexican band Maná. Vallín was born in Mexico City, where he lived for the first ten years of his life until he moved with his family to Aguascalientes, capital of the state of the same name. Thus he has nicknamed himself "Hidrocálido", after one of the demonyms for his adopted city. Early music He had his first contact with music when he became part of a local student music group when he was 8. At the age of ten he began to feel attracted to bands like The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, and The Doors. When he was thirteen in Aguascalientes, he took classical guitar lessons. Ozomatli is an American rock band, formed in 1995 in Los Angeles. They are known both for their vocal activist viewpoints and incorporating a wide array of musical styles – including salsa, jazz, funk, reggae, hip hop, and others.
