Revenge Of The Rogues
The first season of the American television series ''The Flash'' premiered on The CW on October 7, 2014, and concluded on May 19, 2015, after airing 23 episodes. The series is based on the DC Comics character Barry Allen / Flash, a costumed superhero crime-fighter with the power to move at superhuman speeds. It is a spin-off from ''Arrow'', existing in the same fictional universe, and was produced by Berlanti Productions, Warner Bros. Television, and DC Entertainment, with Andrew Kreisberg serving as showrunner. The series follows Allen, portrayed by Grant Gustin, a crime scene investigator who gains super-human speed, which he uses to fight criminals, including others who have also gained superhuman abilities. The season follows Barry getting his super speed from an accident caused by S.T.A.R. Andrew Kreisberg (born April 23, 1971) is an American former television writer, producer and comic book writer. He is best known as the co-creator of the television series ''The Flash'', ''Arrow'', ''Supergirl'' and ''Legends of Tomorrow''. Personal life and education Kreisberg graduated from the Boston University College of Communication in 1993. Kreisberg is Jewish. Career Television His first job was on the short-lived animated sitcom '' Mission Hill''. He has written for several other series including: ''Justice League'', ''The Simpsons'', ''Hope & Faith'', ''Boston Legal'', '' Lipstick Jungle'', ''Eli Stone'', ''The Vampire Diaries'', '' Star Wars: The Clone Wars'', ''My Family'', and ''Warehouse 13''.
