The North Macedonia national football team () represents North Macedonia in men's international football. It is administered by the Football Federation of Macedonia. The team plays their home matches at the Toše Proeski National Arena in Skopje. North Macedonia has reached Euro 2020 (its first major tournament) and the European qualifying play-off final of the 2022 World Cup (after defeating Germany in Duisburg and Italy in Palermo). Football Federation Of Macedonia
The Football Federation of Macedonia – FFM () or Football Federation of North Macedonia is the governing body of football in North Macedonia, based in Skopje. History FFM was officially formed as part of the Football Association of Yugoslavia after the establishment of then SR Macedonia, a constituent state of SFR Yugoslavia, following World War II, on 14 August 1949 in Skopje. The first football department was established as a part of the sports' association of the city of Skopje, while the football section was separated on 16 August 1948. From 1949 to 2002, it was called the Football Association of Macedonia ( / Fudbalski Sojuz na Makedonija or ФСМ/FSM). In 1994, FFM became a member of FIFA and UEFA. Zoran Boškovski (; born 11 December 1967) is a retired Macedonian professional footballer. Dragi Kanatlarovski (; born 8 November 1960) is a Macedonian football manager and former player. He represented the Yugoslavia national team and the Macedonia national team. Name issue His original name is Dragi and not Dragan as he is often mistaken for. The confusion happens since in North Macedonia Dragi is one of the nicknames for those who are called Dragan, but not in this case. Čedomir "Čede" Janevski (, born 3 July 1961) is a Macedonian professional football manager and former player. He played internationally for both Yugoslavia and Macedonia. Boban Babunski
Boban Babunski (; born 5 May 1968) is a Macedonian retired footballer who played as a central defender, and a coach. Club career Babunski was born in Skopje, SR Macedonia, Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. On the club level he started playing with hometown's FK Vardar, then spent two seasons in Bulgaria with CSKA Sofia to become of the first Macedonians to compete in the A Football Group.
