René Reinumägi (born 21 July 1974, in Tallinn) is an Estonian film director, scriptwriter and actor. Revolution Of Pigs
The ''Revolution of Pigs'' () is a 2004 Estonian comedy film that was a feature film debut for two young Estonian directors René Reinumägi and Jaak Kilmi. Fueled by a great soundtrack of classic ‘80s pop, the revolution is brewing. Set in the summer of 1986, hundreds of teenagers have gathered in the woods for Estonian student summer camp—three days full of adventures, falling in love and partying. But, when the teens are forced to comply with rules of proper behavior, camp in a totalitarian system is not all it is cracked up to be. The political metaphor of the counselors’ control leads to an uprising of the students. Jaak Kilmi
Jaak Kilmi (born 23 October 1973 in Tallinn) is an Estonian film director, screenwriter and producer. In 1998 he graduated from Tallinn Pedagogical University's film school. Since 2001, Kilmi has been teaching documentary studies to scenography students at the Estonian Academy of Arts. Gijón International Film Festival
The Gijón International Film Festival ( or ''FICXixón'') is an annual film festival held in Gijón, a city in northwest Spain. The festival is mainly concentrated on independent and auteur cinema. Gijón's International Short Film Competition qualifies for Oscar and the Goya Awards. History Foundation and first years The festival's origins date back to 1963.
